The Ca Care Association would like to announce changes to our monthly meetings.. We’ve now combined our meeting days into one. In our general meeting we welcome caregivers, community leaders, community partners, and care providers! This is a great opportunity for members to catch up with one another, discuss any recent developments or news, and brainstorm ideas for the future. The meeting will be held every third Wednesday of the month, starting at 4 PM sharp. We hope to see you there!

Our Meeting will update providers on Funding Such as Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) and Community Care Expansion (CCE) represent the largest allocation of resources for behavioral health and social services infrastructure in California's history.

The provision of grants under the BHCIP Launch Ready and CCE Capital Expansion is an unprecedented opportunity to address the gaps in the behavioral health and long-term care continuums in the state. Hence, meeting the growing demand for services and support across the human life span.

The funding will afford counties, tribal entities, nonprofits, and for-profit organizations the ability to expand infrastructure around the entire continuum of care.

We will discuss topics on

  • Workforce development

  • caregiver rentention

  • providing benefits through CALSAVERS and Other alternatives Retirement Solutions

  • Development Grants
