Upcoming Training: Activities of Daily Living

As caregivers, you assist your clients every day, especially in activities of daily living. This essential training equips caregivers with the expertise to assist clients with everyday tasks, enhancing their quality of life. Many seniors struggle with these activities, and your training will make a big difference in providing the care they need.


That is why we are to announce the upcoming online training session “Activities of Daily Living”. This training is 100% virtual and will be from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm PST on January 23, 2024.

In this training you will learn:

  • Know what Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) are

  • Know examples of basic ADLs

  • Know what Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) are

  • Know what activities your client require

  • Be knowledgeable about the factors that may affect ADL capabilities

  • Know strategies that you can use to improve a person’s ADL capacity


EVERYONE is invited to join. And those who attend and complete the training will earn a free certificate that will be personally emailed to you! Don’t forget to take the quiz too after the training and test how much you have learned.
