General Meeting & Networking Event to Foster Connections and Address Important Issues
Garden Grove, California - Ca Care Association is proud to present its hybrid General Meeting & Networking Event that aims to strengthen community bonds while tackling important challenges within the care industry and the workforce. The hybrid event will take place on November 15, 2023, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and will be hosted both in-person at MoonGoat Coffee, 7200 Acacia Ave., Garden Grove, CA, and virtually.
With a sitting capacity of 20 in-person attendees, this gathering will be a focused discussion group. All caregivers, care providers, and community partners from Garden Grove are invited to join. Others who are interested in joining can join virtually where the meeting will be streamed online.
The agenda includes tackling the “Job1st” program by Garden Grove. Its important aspects such as its purpose, eligibility, and benefits will be discussed. The session will also provide opportunities for participants to ask questions and share comments in an open and inclusive environment. The event will also provide a platform for sharing updates and seeking support to address workforce challenges faced by members in their caregiving businesses.
Event Objectives:
Address challenges related to workforce activation.
Provide comprehensive information about municipal grants and loans available for workforce retention and job creation.
Build relationships and connections between caregivers, care facility owners, staff, and providers.
Conduct workshops and panel discussions on relevant topics in the caregiving industry.
Create an exhibition space for care providers to showcase their services and products.
The event will be fun and engaging with panel discussions inviting everyone to share their insights. There will also be a photo booth area where attendees can capture the exciting moment. And lastly, there would be food stalls to make sure that attendees do not go hungry.
