Mark is a Direct Support Professional, a Residential Care Administrator, and a Certified Crisis Prevention and NonViolent Intervention Instructor in which he is offering training. As the president of Ca Care Association, he is dedicated to developing and preserving self-determined, person-centered programs and working care models that enhance the safety and well-being of California's most vulnerable residents in senior and adult communities.
