CDSS announces organizational changes in the Adult and Senior Care Program (ASCP)

The California Department of Social Services (CDSS), Adult and Senior CareProgram (ASCP), Community Care Licensing Division(CCLD) has made the following organization changes in an effort to optimize administration services through a more even workload distribution while aligning similar CCLD programs:

  • Two counties reassigned from San Bruno Adult and Senior Care Regional Office to Fresno Adult and Senior Care Regional Office The relocation and name change of the Rohnert Park Adult and Senior Care Regional Office

  • Announcing new Regional Manager in Orange County Adult and Senior Care Regional Office

  • The establishment of the ASCP’s second Assistant Branch Chief (ABC)

  • The reorganization of the Assistant Program Administrator (APA) and ABC responsibilities

  • Announcing newly appointed Program Administrator

The reorganization aims to minimize duplication of efforts and improve resident safety. Check PIN-22-03-ASC for details.
