Ca Care Association is having a hybrid event in Garden Grove event aimed at fostering collaboration and addressing key issues within the care industry. The event will start with a session recognizing and expressing gratitude to the care providers for their contributions. Important reminders will be shared, including a dedicated segment to address workforce challenges, where members will have the opportunity to share updates on their experiences and seek support for the challenges they face in their businesses.
We will cover topics such as "Job1st" initiatives, focusing on key aspects such as who is involved when it will take place, objectives, and implementation location and finalizing with general discussion, providing participants with the opportunity to ask questions and share comments, fostering an open and inclusive environment. This event promises a dynamic exchange of knowledge and experiences, aiming to strengthen connections and contribute to the continuous improvement of the care industry.
