The tools you will gain in this training are guided by the philosophy of Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security (SM).
Care: Respect, dignity, empathy, person-centered.
Welfare: Maintaining independence, choice, and well-being.
Safety: Protecting rights and minimizing harm.
Security: Safe, effective, harmonious, and collaborative relationships.
Together, these values support the people in your care and create the culture of safety for everyone.
